Events & Workshops
The Club is both educational and social. Everyone is welcome including friends and family. Travel subsidies may be available for Bloomsbury patients as well as child care subsidies for mothers of young children.
The Club meets four times a year on Tuesdays between 12.00 – 2.00. A free lunch is provided.

Dress Well for Less – the places where you can find stylish, yet reasonable clothes.
Women & the Menopause – A discussion with Dr Shema Tariq who is researching the menopause in women living with HIV.
Sex and Relationships – discussion about the fear of disclosing, rejection and gossip, dating, finding a partner and when to disclose.
Lifestyle Choices and Health – nutrition, exercise, staying positive and dealing with stress
Zumba Class – Lunch and a free class organised by the Positive Health scheme at the YMCA
