Newly Diagnosed Course (1 of 3)

Come and learn what it really means to be living with HIV in 2018 on our “Newly Diagnosed Course”. You don’t have to be diagnosed last week. The course is for whoever feels ready, whether after 3, 10 or 15 years! Update your knowledge, challenge your fears and make new friends over three Saturdays.

The course covers:

  • The impact of diagnoses
  • Disclosure – How to tell, who to tell.
  • Medical aspects and therapy.
  • Sex, love, relationships and transmission.
  • HIV and the law.
  • Keeping your immune system in good shape.
  • Building support networks.
  • The course is free and lunch is provided at a local restaurant.
